The first people who will use the duvets are the guest of the house, living in the apartments of the organization in the city of Milan. A family of refugees coming from the Caucasus. An old man without job. An homeless who, after a long travel through Lombardia with his bike, has returned in his city. Three young egiptian arrived in Italy after a long journey by boat thorugh the Mediterranean sea. And a somalian woman now in retirement, after being for many years employeed in our country. These people are all guest of the Charity House in Milano. They are followed by the volunteers of the organitation and are included in personalized projects of social integration. And now they sleep even better thanks to the down duvets of the South Tyrol company. DaunenStep has donated to the organitation 550 winter duvets. This is the result of the project „On the side of the pushover“, which began in September and ended in December. Thanks this project, Daunenstep has donated 1 down duvet every 10 duvets sold. The president of the Charity House says: „We have found a friend who is warming up our house and his guests.“ There are people who dream a job. Others who dream about the recognition of their refugees rights, others who dream a future here in Italy, after leaving their country because of war and poorness. In this hard research, the Charity House is on their side. And Daunenstep too.
