Regulation of newsletter and marketing
Information on the processing of data pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation 679/2016
Daunenstep spa, owner of the processing of your personal data, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, informs you about the following regarding the personal data you provide for the management of the contractual relationship.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The personal data you provide will be used within the limits and for the pursuit of the purposes relating to the contractual relationship in progress exclusively for the following purposes:
- purposes relating to the provision of the service agreed with the person concerned, in which case the legal basis of the treatment is the execution of obligations arising from the contract to which the person concerned is party or to fulfill, even in the pre-contractual phase, any specific requests of the person concerned;
- fulfilment of obligations provided for by laws and regulations (e.g. accounting, tax, social security and social security obligations); in this case the legal basis of the treatment is the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the owner is subject;
- for the sending of newsletters and/or commercial offers to the interested party, with prior consent; in this case the legal basis of the processing is the interested party's consent.
Methods and duration of treatment
The personal data you provide will be processed "in a lawful and correct manner" with the support of paper, computer or telematic tools. The processing of data will continue for the entire duration of the relationship with the owner and, if necessary for any obligations to which the owner is subject until the completion of the latter, on the basis of what is required by law. With regard to the processing required to send communications, newsletters and / or commercial offers, the data will be kept until the person concerned revokes his consent. In the event that the legal basis for the processing is the consent of the Customer, the latter has the right to revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the date of revocation of consent.
Communication and dissemination of data and any recipients
Your data may only be accessed and therefore made known to persons authorised by the data controller, limited to the data necessary to carry out their duties. Without prejudice to the communications made in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to:
- Subjects authorized by the data controller (collaborators, trainees and employees);
- data processors or external collaborators of the data controller (e.g. legal consultants, labour consultants, accountants, IT specialists, suppliers, auditors);
- public and private subjects to whom the communication is due by law or regulation;
- insurance companies, commercial information and debt collection;
Your data will not be disclosed.

Transfer of personal data abroad
The Data may be transferred abroad only if the owner decides to use computer services (website, e-mail, cloud computing, e-mail direct marketing) managed by suppliers resident in countries outside the European Union or using servers located in foreign countries. In such cases, the transfer to third countries will take place in compliance with the EU Privacy Regulation 679/2016.
Nature of data provision and consequences of failure to give consent
The provision of data and its processing are optional, but functional to the performance of the activities necessary for the performance of contractual obligations. Any refusal to provide data for these purposes may make it impossible to fulfill contractual relationships and legal obligations. The provision of data is optional for sending communications and commercial offers. Any refusal will not affect the provision of other services. Rights of the data subject

The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, as well as having the right to portability of electronic data that are subject to automated processing and to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.
