Refund policy

Consistent with the applicable provisions of law, the CUSTOMER has the right to resign form the sales contract within 14 days, without specifying the reason for doing so. The right to resign expires after 14 days, starting from the date on which the CUSTOMER has acquired the physical possession of the goods. Excluded from the right of return are customized products, that can not be found as a standard product on the website To exercise the right of return, the CUSTOMER is obliged to inform DAUNENSTEP (Hauptstraße 7, 39054 Auna / Renon (BZ), Tel: +39 0471 359 600, Fax: +39 0471 359 633, email: about his decision to revoke from the contract by letter, fax or electronic mail. To meet the deadline to resign, it is sufficient if the communication is made before the withdrawal period.


In case of withdrawing from the the sale contract, any payment which has been made in connection with the order (transport costs included) are going to be refunded within 14 days after DAUNENSTEP has been informed abouth the wish from the CUSTOMER to resign.
The reimbursement of the amount is carried out by the same payment method, with which the order was made except the CUSTOMER stated explicitly the desire to receive the refund in a different payment method. In any case, the CUSTOMER has no costs of this refund.

The reimbursement can be put on hold until the effective receipt of the returned goods or until the receipt of a delivery confirmation from the CUSTOMER, that the products have been returned; whichever occurs first.The CUSTOMER is asked to return the products to this address: DAUNENSTEP SpA - Via Aldo Moro 9 / A - 38062 San Giorgio - Arco (TN) and to return them in any case within 14 days after the announcement to revoke from the purchase agreement. The cost of returning the goods are payed by the CUSTOMER. The goods have to be returned complete, in all its entirety and in its original packaging (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). The products that are returned may not be used, washed or damaged.


In the case the CUSTOMER receives products which do not correspond to the order or in case they are defective, the CUSTOMER is obliged by Art. 132 of the consumer codex to communicate this via email to the customer service of DAUNENSTEP ( within 2 months after observing this non-conformity.
